Our standard art and production time is 3–7 business days after your order is placed and all artwork and details are approved. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your design and current order volume. Typically art will take 1-2 business days and production 2-5 business days.

If your order includes custom artwork that needs to be created or adjusted, we will send you a proof for approval before production begins.

Yes! For custom orders, we provide a digital proof for your approval before we begin production. This ensures everything looks exactly how you want it. Production time begins after you approve the proof.

Yes, we offer rush production depending on our current schedule. Rush fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible with your deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

- Local pickup: Available and free (you will be notified when your order is ready)

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part or damage during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.

We recommend placing your order at minimum 2–3 weeks before your event to allow time for design, production, and shipping. Earlier is always better, especially during busy seasons. If you are a league we typically ask for 4 weeks.
