About - Grit and Glory
GRIT LEADS TO GLORY.
Whatever it is. Whatever it takes. Get after it.
Grit & Glory was born from a business that has spent more than 45 years celebrating accomplishments.
We’ve made the trophies held over heads. The plaques hung on walls. The medals stuffed into bedroom drawers. The awards somebody’s mom still refuses to throw away.
And after all those years, we learned something:
The trophy was never really the point.
The point was everything it took to get there.
The practices nobody watched. The early mornings. The extra reps. The missed shots. The spectacular wipeouts. The “I am absolutely never doing that again” followed, inevitably, by doing it again.
That’s the grit.
And the moment you realize all that work meant something?
That’s the glory.
GLORY LOOKS DIFFERENT ON EVERYONE.
We believe accomplishments deserve to be celebrated — not just championships.
Sometimes glory is first place.
Sometimes it’s making the team.
It’s finally landing the trick. Breaking your personal best. Getting your first hit. Starting something you’ve been afraid to start. Finishing something everyone expected you to quit.
And sometimes it’s simply having the guts to try.
We’re here for all of it.
Grit & Glory exists for people who care enough about something to go after it.
Whatever it happens to be.
YOUR TEAM. YOUR GEAR. YOUR COMMUNITY.
Grit & Glory started with community, and we intend to keep it there.
Youth sports leagues are built by coaches who stay late, parents who volunteer, families who show up and communities that somehow turn a patch of grass, a gym or a ball field into a place kids remember for the rest of their lives.
We want to help keep those places going.
That’s why participating G&G League Shops give 20% of every purchase directly back to the league.
No giant fundraising catalog full of stuff nobody actually wants.
Just gear people are excited to wear, made for the communities they’re proud to represent — while putting money back where it belongs.
You rep your league. We help support it. Everybody wins.
See? We still like trophies. We just think the win can be bigger than one.
BUILT TO PUSH IT.
We’re not particularly interested in making the same stuff everyone else is making.
That would be easier.
Unfortunately, easy isn't really our thing.
Grit & Glory combines decades of experience actually making things with a willingness to ask:
“Okay…but what if we tried this?”
New materials. New processes. Better personalization. Different products. Weird ideas that probably require us to stand around a machine for an unreasonable amount of time figuring out whether they'll work.
We believe customization should feel personal — not like somebody slapped your name onto Product #487 from a catalog.
So we experiment.
We design.
We screw things up occasionally.
Then we figure out how to make them better.
Because pushing the boundaries isn't something we're putting in a mission statement.
It's how we work.
FROM G&G TO GRIT & GLORY.
Grit & Glory grew from the heart of G&G Trophy — a business that has been helping people commemorate life's wins for more than four decades.
But this is the next chapter.
We wanted to take everything we know about celebrating accomplishment, combine it with everything we're learning about what's possible in modern design and manufacturing, and build something bigger.
A brand about the pursuit.
A brand that gives back to the communities that made us.
A brand that believes a nine-year-old's first home run can matter every bit as much as a championship.
Because after decades of engraving names onto trophies, we've become pretty convinced of one thing:
People deserve to be proud of the things they work for.
Big wins. Small wins. Weird wins. Personal wins.
We'll celebrate them all.
GRIT & GLORY
Grit is what you put in.
Glory is what you get out.
And neither one looks exactly the same for everybody.
So find the thing you care about.
Chase it.
Fall down a few times.
Get back up.
Make some noise when you finally get there.
Whatever it is. Whatever it takes. Get after it.
